Kelly graduated from the University of Washington, School of Medicine, MEDEX NW PA Program in 2003. She has 18 years of combined experience in Orthopedics and Aesthetic Dermatology. Kelly is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, is certified in Aesthetic Injections, and participates in continuing aesthetic injection training to deliver the best techniques for a natural, youthful appearance for her clients.
She is a Navy veteran and Helotes resident who loves being a part of our awesome community!

Erin Lenza, PA-C
Erin graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine, and has been a Board-Certified Physician Assistant since 2003, specializing in Aesthetics and Dermatology. Erin has extensive experience in laser, injectables and wellness. She spends over 50 hours a year in continuing education attending conferences/advanced training to stay up to date on the latest trends and innovations. She is licensed by the State of Texas and certified by NCCPA.
Erin left general Dermatology in 2020 to primarily focus on Aesthetics and wellness, developing The Lotus Medspa with Kelly. She is an Air Force Veteran and Helotes resident who enjoys helping her friends and neighbors look and feel their best!
Erica Cordoba, LME
Erica began her career in dermatology as a Medical Assistant in 2009, where she built a strong clinical foundation and developed a true passion for skin health. She later pursued her esthetician license at Vogue College of Cosmetology and has since spent over a decade working alongside physicians in dermatology and aesthetics, specializing in advanced treatments such as chemical peels, microneedling, and corrective skincare.
As a certified Face Reality Acne Bootcamp specialist, Erica is highly experienced in treating acne and other complex skin conditions, including rosacea and melasma. She is committed to ongoing education and regularly attends advanced trainings to stay current with the latest techniques, allowing her to deliver personalized, results-driven treatments that help clients achieve clear, healthy, and confident skin.

With over eight years of experience in dermatology and five years as a licensed esthetician, Jessica is devoted to providing premier skincare solutions and addressing a wide range of concerns with precision, care, and artful craft. Jessica's approach is holistic and rejuvenating, focusing on delivering both immediate and long-term corrective results.
With treatments designed to nurture and transform, she ensures each client's unique needs are met. Committed to continuous growth, Jessica enjoys traveling Texas and the United States for continuing educational experiences and staying at the forefront of the latest services and innovations in skincare.

Cannon Clifton, MD, PE
Medical Director
Dr. Clifton is a board certified Anesthesiologist who completed medical school and residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. During his private practice career, he served as Chief of Anesthesia at Northeast Methodist Hospital in San Antonio for six years. Dr. Clifton was also the CEO and Co-Founder of Kalypso Wellness Centers where they provided over 10,000 proprietary ketamine infusions to help patients that struggled with chronic pain and chronic mental health issues. He oversaw the successful sale of the company to Eleusis, LTD, the first life sciences company in the United States to focus on psychedelic therapy for patient improvement.
When not helping patients, Dr. Clifton enjoys spending time with his wife, two kids, and his extended family that mostly live Texas. Dr. Clifton’s hobbies include golf, fishing, hunting, playing classical piano, and writing children’s stories for his kids.

After graduating from Texas A&M University in 2020 with a degree in Business Administration, with concentrations in Marketing - Data Analytics & Consulting, she relocated to Hawaii to travel and gain professional experience, working as a civilian with the U.S. Army. This chapter helped shape her adaptability, organization, and strategic mindset—skills she now brings into the Aesthetics Industry.
She later returned home to support her mother, Kelly Rayburn, in growing The Lotus Medspa. As the Marketing Manager, she oversees social media, advertising, print marketing, front desk operations, vendor relations, and day-to-day business functions. Passionate about brand growth and client experience, she plays a key role in the continued expansion of the practice while bringing a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to everything she does.

The Lotus Aesthetics and Wellness was built on a dream from two friends who were simply too busy with their home and professional lives to seek out aesthetic treatments, or self care in general, but we had absolutely no plans of growing old!! Our "well, we will just inject each other" turned into us injecting our friends, and then their friends, and so on, and so on. We continue to gain beautiful new clients, mostly by word of mouth, who often end up just enlarging our circle of friends.
The Lotus, originally Concierge Aesthetics of San Antonio (CASA), is now a dream come true for other busy people who want to look their best without wasting valuable time waiting for appointments and without the disappointment of seeing unfamiliar faces when returning for treatments.
