WHAT TO EXPECT
Before Your Treatment
Before your RF Microneedling treatment, your provider will evaluate your skin and health history and discuss your treatment goals to create a customized plan.
To prepare for treatment, we typically recommend:

Avoiding retinoids, exfoliating acids, or active skincare products for 3–5 days before treatment

A topical numbing cream is applied before treatment to ensure patient comfort.
During the Treatment
During a Secret RF treatment, a handheld device containing ultra-fine needles creates tiny channels in the skin while delivering radiofrequency energy beneath the surface. Patients typically feel pressure and warmth during treatment, but the numbing cream helps make the procedure comfortable.
The treatment typically takes 30–60 minutes depending on the areas being treated.
After the Treatment
After RF Microneedling, patients may experience redness and mild swelling similar to a sunburn for the first 24–48 hours. The skin may feel slightly tight or rough for several days as it begins to heal.
Following treatment, patients are typically advised to:
